July 26th, 2014 - Garrett Alberson Enters St. Jude Classic at Thunder Valley
1Garrett Alberson set out to enter a single event over the weekend as he traveled to Thunder Valley Speedway (Glenmora, Louisiana) for the Inaugural St. Jude Classic. The $5,000-to-win program drew a strong field of twenty-eight Super Late Models to the 1/4 mile oval, and Garrett locked into the feature event via his preliminary efforts. Unfortunately in the main event Alberson was forced to retire to a disappointing seventeenth place finish in the final rundown.

July 19th, 2014 - Alberson Survives I-30 for Solid Top Ten Finish
1The team traveled to I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) on Saturday night for a $2,000-to-win, P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racing (SUPR) Super Late Model program. What was set to be a doubleheader weekend was cut to a single day after Friday night's event was washed out by Mother Nature. Twenty-eight entries registered for battle, and Garrett started his outing by coming from fourth to finish third in his heat race. As a result he would roll off from the eleventh starting spot in the 30 lap finale. Despite heavy and rough track conditions Alberson advanced four positions en route to a seventh place finish. July 18th, 2014 - Garrett Alberson Tops FANSFund Voting; Headed to Cedar Lake
1The FANSFund voting wrapped up on July 13th at midnight, and Garrett Alberson topped the voting to earn an invitation to the 27th Annual USA Nationals at Cedar Lake Speedway (New Richmond, Wisconsin), July 31st thru August 2nd.

Sanctioned by the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series, action will kick off on Thursday night with a $6,000-to-win program. Friday night will see preliminary events held for the WoO Super Late Models, followed by the $50,000-to-win, 100 lap finale on Saturday event.

July 12th, 2014 - Alberson Enters Events in Arkansas and Missouri
1Garrett Alberson was in action with the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) on Friday night at North Central Arkansas Speedway (Flippin, Arkansas). Nineteen Super Late Models registered for battle, and a sixth to fourth run in his heat race positioned Garrett starting tenth on the grid for the $2,000-to-win main event. During the course of the feature Alberson advanced five spots to a fifth place finish behind race winner, Jesse Stovall, Austin Rettig, Kyle Beard, and Ross Camponovo. 1On Saturday night the team traveled to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) for the 8th Annual CMH Diamond Nationals. The $10,000-to-win program, which was sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), drew a stout field of forty-one Super Late Models to the 3/8 mile oval. Garrett failed to reach a transfer spot in his heat race, but a third place finish in the b-main locked him into the 21st starting spot for the 50 lap finale. In the feature Alberson battled the handle on his entry, and ultimately retired to a 23rd place finish in the final rundown. Complete results from the program are available at

July 5th, 2014 - Garrett Alberson Enters a Pair of P&W Sales SUPR Events
1Garrett Alberson traveled to the state of Texas of the Fourth of July weekend for a doubleheader with the P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racing (SUPR) tour.

Action opened on Friday night with a $2,000-to-win program at Timberline Speedway (Corley, Texas). Nineteen Super Late Model registered for battle, and a third place finish in his heat position Garrett starting seventh in the main event. Alberson ran as high as fourth at times in the feature before a flat right rear tire would end his hopes of a top five finish. He was credited with a thirteenth place finish.

The P&W Sales SUPR tour took the team to Lonestar Speedway (Kilgore, Texas) on Saturday evening as the winner's check increased to $3,000. Twenty-one entries filled the pit area at the 3/8 mile oval, and a second place finish in heat race action earn Alberson the sixth starting spot for the 40 lap finale. In the feature Garrett was running fourth when another flat right rear tire brought his night to end just one lap short of the checkered flag.
