May 25th, 2014 - Alberson Enters Lucas Oil Show Me 100 at Wheatland
1Garrett Alberson entered the opening round of the 22nd Annual Show Me 100 at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri), which saw sixty-three of the nation's top drivers battling for the $5,000 top prize in the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) event.

Alberson fail just short of locking into the main event via heat race action, but a second place finish in the b-main earned him the 23rd starting spot for the 45 lap finale. During the course of the feature he advanced a few spots to register a nineteenth place finish at the checkered flag. Full results from the event are available at www.MLRARacing.com

1On Friday evening qualifying and preliminary action was held for the $30,000-to-win, 22nd Annual Lucas Oil Show Me 100, which was sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS). Sixty-five entries took to the 3/8 mile oval, and Garrett would earn the third starting spot in his heat race via time trials. A second place finish in the heat locked Alberson into the seventh starting spot for the 100 lap finale on Saturday. When the feature went green on Saturday Garrett battled amongst the top ten for much of the event before registering a respectable thirteenth place finish. 1The team concluded their busy Memorial Day weekend on Sunday evening at Monett Speedway (Monett, Missouri) with the annual Tony Roper Memorial, which was sanctioned by the Mid America Racing Series (MARS). Twenty-three cars entered the event at the oval, and Alberson finished second in his heat race to transfer to the finale. He went on to battle the handle on his #43 Deetz Racing/Batteries Plus/Mastersbilt Super Late Model to an eleventh place finish in the finale rundown. May 10th, 2014 - Garrett Alberson Competes with CCSDS in Louisiana
1Garrett set out to enter a pair of events with the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) over the weekend unfortunately, Friday night's event at Timberline Speedway (Corley, Texas) fell victim to Mother Nature.

As a result the team traveled to Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) for a single $2,000-to-win event with tour. Alberson continued to battle the setup on his #43 Deetz Racing Super Late Model, and failed to make the transfer into the main event via heat race action. As a results he was forced to run a b-main where a ninth to fifth run locked him into the eighteenth starting position for the 40 lap finale. In the feature Garrett raced his way to a fourteenth place finish in the final rundown.

May 4th, 2014 - Alberson Struggles in MARS DIRTCar Series Tripleheader
1Garrett Alberson entered a trio of $3,000-to-win events over the weekend with the Mid America Racing Series (MARS) Super Late Models in Missouri and Kansas.

The weekend opened on Friday night at Monett Speedway (Monett, Missouri). A stout field of thirty-one competitors entered the event, and heat race action saw Alberson picking up the win to lock into the main event. Despite starting near the front of the pack, Garrett would battle the handle on his #43 entry to an eleventh place finish in the final rundown.

Saturday night found Garrett traveling to Dodge City Raceway Park (Dodge City, Kansas) with a modest nineteen entries registered for the event. After his heat race Alberson was light at the scales and was credited with a seventh place finish, leaving him to start near the back of the feature. Garrett passed a few cars early on before registering a twelfth place finish at the checkered flag.

The weekend concluded on Sunday evening at 81 Speedway (Wichita, Kansas). Twenty Super Late Models were on hand for the event as Garrett continued to battle the handle on his entry. After finishing fifth in his heat race to lock into the main event Alberson went on to record a disappointing eighteenth place finish in the feature.
