October 25th, 2014 - Alberson Makes 20th Annual Fall Classic
1Garrett Alberson returned to the state of Mississippi over the weekend as he entered the 20th Annual Coors Light Fall Classic at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi).

Forty-eight competitors entered the $15,000-to-win program, and after advancing from the seventh starting spot to a fourth place finish in his heat race on Friday night Alberson would have to run a b-main on Saturday.

Garrett charged to a convincing win in his b-main, which earned him the nineteenth starting spot on the grid for the 100 lap finale. In the main event he battled around mid-pack early on before the handle on his entry began to fade and he settled into a respectable twelfth place finish.

October 11th, 2014 - Garrett Alberson Enters Magnolia State Cotton Pickin' 100
Garrett Alberson traveled to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) over the weekend for the 11th Annual Magnolia State Cotton Pickin' 100 in his #4 Roger Rister Racing/MasterSbilt Super Late Model.

Seventy-two entries registered for competition at the 3/8 mile oval in the $20,000-to-win event, and via time trials on Friday night Garrett started second in his heat race before facing to a seventh place finish. With only the top three finishers transferring to the feature he was relegated to the eighth starting spot in a b-main on Saturday evening. In the b-main Alberson failed to reach a transfer position to the 100 lap finale. As a result his weekend came to an early end.

October 4th, 2014 - Alberson Competes in Gumbo Nationals at Greenville
1It was back to business with the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) for Garrett over the weekend as the team entered the 8th Annual Gumbo Nationals at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi).

A strong field of fifty Super Late Models looked to chase down the $10,000 top prize at the 1/4 mile oval, and Alberson started his outing by timing in third fastest in his group during qualifications. As a result, he was slated to start on the pole of the fifth heat race, but was moved back a row for jumping the initial start. Garrett went on to finish third in his heat to lock into the seventeenth starting spot on the feature grid.

In the 75 lap main event Alberson race his #4 Roger Rister Racing/MasterSbilt Super Late Model to a thirteenth place finish in the final rundown.
