March 26th, 2017 - Alberson Competes With World of Outlaws in Mississippi and Texas
1Entering the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series sanctioned contest, Garrett Alberson traveled to Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) on Friday evening for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Holding his 5th-starting position in his heat, Garrett transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the main event. Taking the Top 3, Alberson cruised to a consolation win putting him 18th on the starting grid for the feature. Hanging on to his starting spot for all 50-laps, Garrett registered a 18th place finish.

After persistent rain in the area cancelled I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) World of Outlaws show on Saturday, Alberson headed to Lonestar Speedway (Kilgore, Texas) on Sunday for the $8,000 top prize. Making contact with the wall in his heat race, Alberson retired early from the event giving him one last shot at the A-Main with a B-Main appearance. Taking the Top 3, Garrett failed to make it out for his consolation event bringing an early end to his night.

March 18th, 2017 - Garrett Alberson Posts a Pair of Podium Finishes
1 Behind the wheel of the Childress Racing #F5 Super Late Model, Garrett Alberson invaded Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) on Friday night for the rescheduled Pelican. In a field of 25 cars, Alberson locked his spot into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with a runner-up finish behind Tyler Erb in his heat. Rolling off 5th, Alberson worked his way up to challenge the leader early in the 50-lapper. Battling for the top spot in the closing laps, Garrett jumped into the lead on the white flag but lost the position after a caution came out. Hanging on to a podium finish, Garrett Alberson landed a 2nd place spot behind Timothy Culp with B.J. Robinson, Jon Mitchell, and Billy Moyer Jr. completing the Top 5 finishers.

1On Saturday Garrett stopped at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) season-opener. Timing in fifth fastest in a field of 29 Super Late Models, Alberson earned the 5th-starting spot for the $2,500-to-win feature. Bringing home another podium finish, Garrett made late-race charge for the lead in the final laps but came up short placing 2nd behind Billy Moyer Jr. Hunter Rasdon, B.J. Robinson, and Kyle Beard trailed them across the finish line.
